Q: How to get the latest price?
A: If you want the latest price, Please email or call us with the items names or No. and your needing quantity you are interested in, or send us your inquiry at the bottom of the product page.
 
Q: Do the products have any certificate?
A: Yes, our products have CE and ROHS certification, please contact us if you need other certifications.
 
Q: How to place an order?
A: Please kindly send us your order by email, we will confirm the quotation with you. We wish to know the information: delivery information (name, company, address, zip code, mobile/telephone number, transportation way) and production information (product details, order quantity, customized logo or not, etc.)
 
Q: Can you help me to print our logo or company name on the products or package?
A: Of course yes, OEM&ODM order is warmly welcomed.

Q. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks according to  order quantity 

Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
