Brief Description:
Widely used as a primary Crusher in the production of softer matearils such as Limestone, Shale, Gypsum, Chalk, and Coal, the PCL Single-Sction Hammer Crusher utilizes a 6 hammer rotor assembly and a grate discharge to make rapid reduction of large lump feed sizes. There are 14 models in the series raging from 130TPH up to 1200 TPH.
Advantages and Characteristics:
The PCF Single-Sction Hammer Crusher is a heavy duty machine which can achieve a very high reduction ratio of the raw feed material.Closed side settings are variable between 25mm and 75mm.Tthe hammers are cast with a new technique that makes them more impact resantist and improves wear life. On the large model machines it is not uncommon to rebuiled the hammer while they are still in the machine.
