Advantages:
   1.Flame shape is adjustable
         The four-channel pulverized coal burner has a variety of adjustment means, such as the axial movement of the swirling flow channel. Different proportion of the swirling flow wind and direct flow wind and exit jet flow pattern,can be adjusted steplessly of a wide range under the condition that the total volume of the air remains the same or changes just a little bit, which results in the  obtaining of a flame shape capable of accommodating an arbitrary condition.
      
     2.Energy saving
        Due to the low volume of wind per one time(5-8%), the proportion of DC wind and swirl wind could be adjusted to the best, which is conducive to the complete of combustion, four-channel pulverized coal burner can effectively reduce coal consumption. Theory and practice show that each reduction of 1% of the wind volume can reduce the heat consumption of 8.37-10.46kJ / kg clinker.

  3.Can be adapted to low volatile coal
      Combustion strength is of the pulverized coal burner strong. When we increase the fineness of the coal (0.09mm)according to the burning volatile (%) appropriately at the same time, and insure that sieve percentage is 0.5-0.75 times of the volatiles percentage, combustion of Low-volatile coal(including anthracite) does good.

  4.Low emission capacity of NOx
      There is a negative pressure zone formed due to the backflow of the high -temperature flue gas at the head of the four - channel pulverized coal burner, and its flame eliminates the local high temperature, thus temperature curve along the kiln changes smoothly, which can suppress the generation of "NOx fuel " and "high temperature NOx" effectively. The emission of NOx reachs the standard for emission of environmental flue gas of national cement plant.
