Use for :

                Miconazole nitrate is an antifungal agent.This product can inhibit the growth of most fungi at the concentration of 4mg/L, blastomyces and histoplasmacyces are highly sensitive to it, Cryptococcus, Candida, Coccidiococcus are also sensitive to this product.By interfering with the activity of cytochrome P-450, it can inhibit the biosynthesis of ergosterol, the main sterol in the fungal cell membrane, and damage the fungal cell membrane and change its permeability, so that important intracellular substances leak out.It can also inhibit the biosynthesis of fungal triacylglycerol and phospholipids, inhibit the activity of oxidase and peroxidase, and cause the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in cells, leading to cell submicrostructure degeneration and cell necrosis.Candida albicans can inhibit its transformation from spore to invasive hyphae.
