Indication:
It is suitable for the following infections caused by clarithromycin sensitive bacteria
1. Nasopharyngeal infection: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis.
2. Lower respiratory tract infection: acute bronchitis, acute attack of chronic bronchitis and pneumonia.
3. Skin and soft tissue infection: pustulosis, erysipelas, folliculitis, furuncle and wound infection.
4. Acute otitis media, Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, urethritis and cervicitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis.
5. It is also used for Legionella infection, or combined with other drugs for the treatment of Mycobacterium avium infection and Helicobacter pylori infection.
Item specifications:0.25g*6tab/box
Usage and dosage:Oral administration of 250 mg once every 12 hours for adults;
The patients with severe infection were given 500 mg once every 12 hours.
According to the severity of infection, it should be taken continuously for 6-14 days.
For children over 6 months, 7.5mg/kg was given once every 12 hours. Or the drug was administered as follows:
The body weight was 8-11 kg, 62.5 mg once every 12 hours;
Body weight 12-19kg, 125mg once every 12 hours;
The body weight was 20-29 kg, 187.5 mg once every 12 hours;
Body weight 30-40 kg, 250 mg once every 12 hours;
According to the severity of infection, it should be taken continuously for 5-10 days.
Adverse reactions
1. the main causes were oral odor (3%), abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal reactions (2% ~ 3%), headache (2%), and the serum aminotransferase increased briefly.
2. allergic reactions may occur, the light ones are drug rash, urticaria, and the most important ones are allergies and Stevens Johnson disease.
3. pseudomembranous enteritis caused by hepatotoxicity and Clostridium difficile was occasionally seen.
4. there have been reports of transient central nervous system side effects, including anxiety, dizziness, insomnia, hallucinations, nightmare or blurred consciousness, but the relationship between the causes and drugs is still unclear.
Taboo:
1. It is forbidden to use this product or macrolide allergy.
2. It is forbidden for pregnant and lactating women.
3. It is forbidden for patients with severe liver function damage, water electrolyte disorder and taking terfenadine.
4. Some heart diseases (including arrhythmia, bradycardia, Q-T interval prolongation, ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, etc.) are forbidden.
Matters needing attention:
1. avoid spicy, cold and greasy food.
2. if there are other diseases, they shall be taken under the guidance of the doctor.
3. loose stool or menstrual volume is not suitable for use.
