Applied with soldering handpieces: FX8301(150W)/FX8302

Have a shape like a cone or a column cut at a slant, which allows users to select the cut surface size depending on the workpiece. It is used for drag soldering and pre-tinning of lead wires.

Lead-free, environment-friendly, 100% conformed to ROHS standard, lead<0.1% wt;

The technical indicators reach to original standard;

Use under 400C temperature(20), it can have 50000 solder joints.

Shape BCM/CM
This type differs from Shape BC by the addition of a hollow to its cut face, providing high solder retention capability.
It is used for drag soldering and correction of bridging.

Shape BC/C
This type has a shape like a cone or a column cut at a slant, which allows users to select the cut surface size depending on the workpiece.
It is used for drag soldering and pre-tinning of lead wires.

Shape B
The all-round type which can be used from any direction and is easy to hold at any position.
Possible to solder any surface from small to large

Shape D
This type has a shape like a flat-blade screwdriver and is capable of soldering by applying the tip in 2 ways: line and face.
The width (size of tip) suitable for the workpiece can be selected, and it can be used for any soldering work

Shape J
This type differs from Shape B and I by bending the tip end and is capable of soldering by applying the tip in 2 ways: face and point.
It is used for drag soldering and correction of bridging

Shape K
This type has a shape like a knife and is capable of soldering by applying the tip in 3 ways: line, face and point.
It is used for soldering at narrow pitches, correction of bridging and drag soldering.

Company Profile

JNL has been specializing in soldering iron tip design and manufacturing for over 20 years, offering soldering tips to fit all of the most popular stations like Hakko, Weller, Pace, Apollo, JBC, QUICK, GOOT, UNIX & more!  Long Life: Using a high-quality JNL soldering iron replacement tip increases solder speeds and decreases the total cost of manufacture. Higher temperatures and high tin content solders, common in lead-free solder processes, place additional strain on soldering iron tips. The long life of a  JNL solder iron tip reduces tip changes, decreasing the total number of tips used and decreasing production time.
Rapid-Heat Recovery: JNL soldering tips are constructed from highly conductive premium grade copper to transmit heat to the work more quickly than other brands. This quick heat recovery enables more joints to be soldered per minute, thus reducing manufacturing time and costs.

Tip Shapes & Sizes for Every Application

JNL soldering tips are available in a wide variety of geometries including pointed / conical, blade/knife, chisel/screwdriver, and bevel. This allows you to solder fine contact areas, reach isolated areas on dense board designs, solder large pad areas, drag solder, or quickly remove solder with desoldering braid.

Our Advantages

1 Made with pure oxygen-free copper

2 Long time electroplating makes the plating layer denser, the lifetime is longer than other tips

3 Short lead time for standard robot tips

4 The cost is much lower than the original tips

5 Custom made available

6 Offer sample for testing

Tip Cleaning Notes:

* If the sponge cleaner is utilized, air-blow cleaning is normally not required.

Some applications require air-blow & sponge tip cleaning (depending upon tip type)
The standard cleaning duration is 0.5 second
The iron tip does not need to be extended if not required
The air-blow cup is not included with the standard Luna system

* If the tip is not "wetting" with solder (oxidation)

Remove pre-solder on tip completely.
Remove oxidation by sand paper after cooling down the iron tip to room temperature.
Turn on the power and apply solder on the iron tip during rising the temperature (manually).
The tip will wet with solder by the above process.
