Ponazuril is a drug currently approved for the treatment of equine protozoal myeloencephalitis (EPM) in horses, caused by Sarcocystis neurona. More recently, veterinarians have been preparing a formulary version of the medication for use in small animals such as cats and dogs against coccidia, an intestinal parasite. Coccidia treatment is far shorter than treatment for EPM.
Function:
(1) Poultry Tobacco is mainly used for poultry coccidiosis. This product is for chicken pile type, Brinell, giant, tender, poisonous, and Eimeria; Eimeria turkey: Eimeria turkey; and Goose's E. tenella, E. tenella has good killing effect. Oral administration of 7mg/kg or drinking water at a concentration of 25mg/kg for 48h not only effectively prevents coccidiosis, but also causes the coccidia oocysts to disappear completely, and does not affect the growth and development of the chicks and the immunity to coccidia.
(2) Sheep Give the lamb a daily oral dose of 20mg/kg or feed lO ~ l5mg / kg of toltrazuril medicine, which can effectively prevent coccidiosis in lambs.
(3) Rabbit lO ~ 15mg / kg drug feed is very effective for rabbit liver coccidia and intestinal coccidia.
(4) The relevant information confirms that the broiler drug withdrawal period should be 19 days.
