A broad-spectrum biocide especially suitable for paints and plastics. 
Highly soluble in most non polar organic solvents. Easily incorporated into paint and plastic formulations with good disperse.
Stable against UV light and acid rain under 3 years outdoor exposure experiment.
Low toxicity at recommended use levels.
Environmentally acceptable. Not bioaccumulating.
Free from formaldehyde, heavy metals, arsenic compounds and tin compounds.

Application:   
DCOIT is used as a broad spectrum biocide. It is used in paints especially marine coatings, decorative wood coatings and plastic industry. It is used primarily as a dry-film mildew protector for paint, coatings, paper, stains, plastics, wood, shoes, adhesives, metalworking fluids and printing inks. It is easily incorporated into water-based or solvent-based formulations. 
Packing and Storage:
Packing: 25kgs net in cardboard drum for solid and 180kgs or 200kg net plastic drum for liquid.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Keep tightly closed.
Shelf life: One year
