Salt spray chamber's structure and performance index

Spray process:Salt spray system is composed of saltwater trough, pneumatic system, 
brine storage tank, spray tower, nozzle and so on. 
The salt water flows from the outside to the test chamber by natural drop, 
and the salt solution is atomized by compressed air when through the 
spray nozzle. 
The temperature in chamber rise to the specified requirement through
the bottom heater,after temperature stable, open switch and do testing. 
Comparing to ordinary salt spray test, the temperature of inner test chamber
is acheived by the heating rod by heating the air, to ensure the temperature 
uniformity and minimize the effect of common salt spray test machine the steam 
on test result. 
The controller use touch screen, the program group 120 groups, a total of 1200 
times cycles.

Outer chamber 
wall material		The wall material test chamber is made up of storehouse board, the thickness is 
100mm. 
The outer material of the storehouse board is color steel and surface is 
processed by frosting electrostatic spraying. 
Inner chamber 
wall material		Made of 5mm thickness of PVC plate and polyurethane foam. PVC plate has 
good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, 
environmental and workability, it's the best material for salt fog corrosion.         
The middle insulation layer is made of high density polyurethane foam material, 
the thickness more than 100mm, with good insulation and supporting strength, 
special connector with high strength and performance used to assemble with 
base board, ensure firm connection body, base board external seams using
improted weather resistant and waterproof adhesive sealant that effect is much 
better than that of glass glue.  
The internal PVC board joint by high temperature welding seams, has good 
sealing property, long-term use of chemical corrosion resistance will not water 
leakage. 
The inner and outer chamber body is designed with concealed wiring slots 
according to the assembly requirements of the parts, and a water pipe, a wire, 
an air pipe etc. can be placed in the slots, puting on cover, the surface is smooth
 and  the appearance of box body is neautiful.
