1.Frame part

The frame is the foundation of the complete machine;it mainly used to support the filtration mechanism.It consists of moving head plate,side bars and two end with legs.
 

2.Filtration part

This part is made up of filter plates that arranged in order on the sidebars and filter cloths between filter plates.
 

It is mainly used to pull moving head plate and press the filter plates and filter clothes  to ensure the slurry pressurized and filtered inside the filter chamber formed by each two filter plates.
 

4.Manual rocking handle

To provide pressing force executing agency for compaction
(1).Operation and usage of manual filter press
1.pressing
Swing pressing handle,through lead screw to pull filter plate forwards until the handle cannot turn round,at this moment,insert pinch bar into the cassette of pressing tray and tighten up,if there is any leakage of slurry,please tighten once again until compacting.
2.Filtration
Open the valves of feed port to feed,it must ensure that the feeding pressure is not more than the pressure on the name plate;under the pressure,the slurry is filtered through filter cloths,then the filtrate will be discharged automatically.
3.Releasing
After filtration of slurry completed,firstly use pinch bar to release in advance,then rotate handles until it can discharge the cakes,until now one working cycle is finished.
(2)Maintenance   
     Maintenance
The maintenance of filter press while it is in operation is very important;it must pay attention to the following aspects:
Carefully check at any moment whether all joints are reliable,and whether all components work well.If any abnormal situation is found,urgently inform the maintainers to check and repair
Regularly check the bearings,lead screws,gears and other components,keep the assorted parts clean and lubricative so as to ensure the flexible action.The lubrication port of base,lead screw and gears should be filled with oil two or three times per shift(the lubrication must be in liquid status).
Regularly check the sealing surfaces/edges of filter plates to ensure the smoothness and cleanness before pressing.Carefully check the filter cloth to ensure it without fold,damage and slag inclusion to keep it flat and in good condition so as to guarantee the filtration performance.
Frequently wash the filter cloth to ensure the tightness of filteration agency.
