Indication:
For the treatment of chloroquine sensitive falciparum malaria, vivax malaria and three day malaria. It can also be used for the inhibitory prevention of malaria symptoms. It can also be used in the treatment of extraintestinal amoebiasis, connective tissue disease, photosensitive diseases (such as sun erythema), etc.

Usage and dosage:1. Common amount for adults
(1) The first dose of vivax malaria was 1 g, 0.75 g on the second and third day respectively.
(2) 5 g per time, once a week.
(3) The total course of treatment was 3 weeks.
(4) For rheumatoid arthritis, 0.25-0.5g per day is changed to 0.125g, 2-3 times a day after the symptoms are controlled. It takes 6 weeks to 6 months to achieve the maximum curative effect. It can be used as an adjuvant drug for salicylic acid preparation and decreasing adrenocortical hormone.
2. Common dosage for children
(1) For vivax malaria, the first oral dose is 10mg / kg body weight (calculated by chloroquine, the same below), and the maximum dose is not more than 600mg. After 6 hours, the first oral dose is 5mg / kg body weight, and the second and third daily dose is 5mg / kg body weight.
(2) For extraintestinal amoebiasis, oral administration of 10 mg / kg (maximum dose not more than 600 mg) per day according to body weight was given 2-3 times for 2 weeks. After a week's rest, a course of treatment could be repeated.
Adverse reactions
1. When this product is used in the treatment of malaria, there are few adverse reactions.
