Weather-Proof Transformer Oil Reclamation Machine

Application:
ZYD-I-W is outdoor use two stage vacuum transformer oil reclamation machinet, equipped with weather proof, dust and water resistant metal enclosure.It can be used for treatment of new oil and reconditioning of used oil in transformer, shunt reactor and other oil filled equipment in order to achieve properties of treated oil within specified limits at the rated capacity. It is mainly consist of heating, filtration, regeneration, vacuum system. It not only provides regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal but also removes acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products, and improves color.

Features:  
1.The plant is delivered ready for operation. 
2.Degassing, dehydration and filtering process for various kind of insulation oils in electrical transformers and circuit breakers through one or several passes 
3. There are two vacuum pumps for ZYD-I (one is the vacuum pump, the other one is the booster roots pump), which can highly improve the vacuum value to make the water content of treated oil less than 3ppm.
4. Equipped with regeneration system which adopts our special brand of earth to remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and improve oil color.
5Equipped with an automatic Anti-Foam Control System. 
6. With built-in control and safety devices which provides for a maximum operating security. 
7.  Minimised power consumption through optimised degassing, with excellent efficiency. 
8. Standard filter housing for 1 micron , 5 micron, 20 micron and 80 micron filter cartridges. (customizable)
9. Automatic supervision of the contamination degree of the fine filter cartridges
10. ZYD-I can evacuate the vacuum for the electric equipment independantly, like the transformer. Also it can be used to dry the electric equipment and fill the oil inside under vacuum.
11. Adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector which can make sure the machine work online for 150 hours continuously with unattended person. 
12. Adopt interlocked protective system, which interlock oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor to acoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak or electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will power off automatically.
13. Functions of live work on-site, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
14. Operation can be more automatic and controlled through P.L.C (Programmable Logic Controller). (optional)
15. Can be equipped with online water content measuring device (optional)
