Q: Are you can accept OEM and ODM?
A: We are professional OEM and ODM suppliers and we are experienced in control control.All our products have completed aging test before package and have to be passed 4 steps QC tested before shipping.
 
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: MOQ is 10pcs for standardized products; for customized products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample order.
 
Q:Can I get samples?
A: Yes, we offer samples to distributors and wholesalers, however customers should bear sample fee and freight. We DO NOT offer free samples to end users.

Q: How to place orders?
A: 1. Email us the model, beam pattern and quantity, consignee information,           shipping way  and payment terms.
   2. Proforma Invoice made and sent to you.
   3. Complete Payment after confirming the PI.
   4. Confirm Payment and arrange production.

Q;What is the payment method?
A:PayPal, Western Union, L/C, T/T

Q:What is the shipping way can choose?
A:1. By express (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS)
   2. By air
   3. By sea

Packing detail: carton packing
Delivery details: sample order will be delivery after payment 3-5days,for bulk orders is 5-15 days.

1.All products are 100% quality test before delivery.
2.Any contact will be responsed within 24 hours no matter in work time or off work time.
3.Generally, we have 2 years warranty. If there's any quality problem within 24 months, please inform us. We will send you free replacement together with your next order.
