Vibrating Feeder Introduction
Vibrating feeder can feed block of granule materials from the material storage to charging device evenly and continuously.It can realize even feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make rough screening for materials.Widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries line metallurgy,mine,mine ion,building materials,chemicals,etc... v
Vibrating Feeder Features
1)Reliable operation and long service life; vibrating pan feeder
2) Excitation force and materials quantity moving in the feeder can be adjusted conveniently and easily;
3) Vibrating motor,as the excitation source,has low noise,small powder consumption
,good adjusting performance and without material splash;
4)Simple structure,reliable running,convenient installation,light weight,small size,
easy maintenance and the enclosed type can prevent dust pollution.
Vibrating Feeder Working Principle
Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, The materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
