IngredientsThe main ingredient of this product is a compound preparation. Each capsule contains 250mg of acetaminophen, 100mg of amantadine hydrochloride, 2mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, 10mg of artificial bezoar, and 15mg of caffeine. The excipient is dextrin.
Function
Indications are suitable for relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, etc. caused by common cold and influenza. It can also be used for the prevention and treatment of influenza.
Usage and dosage
Oral. Adults, take 1-2 capsules at a time, 3 times a day.
Untoward reaction
Sometimes mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and skin rash, etc., can recover on their own.
Contraindication
It is contraindicated for patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.

Drug interaction

Overdose1. Overdose should closely observe the occurrence of side effects and poisoning, and pay attention to monitoring blood pressure, pulse, respiration and body temperature. If you take more than 8 tablets, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain or stomach cramps, diarrhea, anorexia, hyperhidrosis, etc. may appear quickly, and can last for 24 hours. Liver damage occurs within 2 to 4 days, manifested as pain in the liver area, hepatomegaly, and jaundice.
2. When overdose:
(1) Stomach lavage, induce emesis, a large amount of fluids for diuresis, acidification of urine to increase drug excretion, and acetaminophen antagonist acetylcysteine should not be given activated charcoal, because it may affect the absorption of antidote;
(2) Acetylcysteine 140mg/kg for the first time, orally, then 70mg/kg, once every 4 hours, 17 times in total;
(3) In severe cases, it can be administered intravenously. The antagonist should be used as early as possible. The curative effect of administration within 12 hours is satisfactory, and the curative effect is poor if it exceeds 24 hours. At the same time, other symptomatic and supportive therapies should be given. And observe whether there is excessive movement, convulsions, arrhythmia and hypotension, etc., and give sedatives, anticonvulsants, and antiarrhythmic drugs as needed.
(4) To control the symptoms of central nervous system poisoning, physostigmine can be injected slowly.
