Product Description

Mechanical characteristics and functions:
1. Imported computer control system and technical servo motor adopted are from Taiwan and Japan.
2. The machine has two axis controlled by computer with high precision. One is wire feed axis and the other is cam axis and they can operate separately and synchronously. The wire feed axis control feeding, and the cam axis drives cam to form the spring by controlling the outside diameter, space and cutting blade.
3. Accuracy detecting and tracking device is set, if there is any product not qualified, the machine will stop functioning automatically.
4. According to the working condition on the fluorescent screen, the diameter angle could be modified at any time.
5. Automatic lubrication and oil supply design of mechanical parts ensures the long-term functioning of the device.
6. When wire shortage, wire-break and wire-twisting happens, auto-shutdown design and wire-frame auto-speeding function makes the production much more easier and effective.
7. The machine is suitable for producing a variety of right or left-handed torsion springs, special shaped wires and springs etc.
