8.How to start orders or make payments?
A: You can send us your Purchase order, or just send a simple confirmation by email or by Trade Manager, after communication then we will send you Proforma Invoice with our bank details for final confirmation, then you can make payment accordingly.
 

It is obtained by neutralization with benzoic acid and sodium bicarbonate. Add water and sodium bicarbonate into the neutralization pot, heat to boiling and dissolve into sodium bicarbonate solution. Add benzoic acid under stirring until the pH of the reaction solution is 7-7.5. Heat to escape carbon dioxide and decolorize with activated carbon for half an hour. After suction filtration and concentration, the filtrate is slowly put into the liquid tray of the flaker, dried by the drum, flaked and crushed to obtain sodium benzoate. Consumption quota: 1045kg / T benzoic acid (99.5%) and 610kg / T sodium bicarbonate (98%). Neutralize benzoic acid to pH 7.5 with 32% soda ash solution in the neutralization pot, and control the neutralization temperature at 70 ºC. The neutralization solution is decolorized with 0.3% activated carbon and vacuum filtered. The filtrate is concentrated and dried to form powdered sodium benzoate product .
