Impulse Test Benches include SPT7 Model are specialized test rigs to provide pressure, impulse as well as deflection and vibration etc. Functional testing for various hydraulic hoses, automobile and aeronautic components. They are powered by hydraulic pump motor and use Shineeast hydraulic pump for oil pressurization. Pulse pressure up to maximally 80Mpa. Test medium of Hydraulic oil ISO VG46 or ISO VG32.

Servo control impulse testing system1.curve control:servo control; impulse pressure, impulse curve, impulse times etc can be set under control.

3. Testing frequency: system pressure alternating frequency:0.1-2.0Hz;and it's also possible 0.001 or 1 cycle every 10 seconds.
 
4. The testing system provides the conditions that the related equipment requires( for example, pressure sensor, temperature sensor)
5. Adopting  American LabVIEW software, which can be dynamic display and automatically record and save testing times, temperature, pressure and testing curves. Testing data can be queried and outputted.
The testing data is displayed dynamically in real time Human-computer interface displays the testing data and plots the curve of time-temperature, medium temperature-time, and pressure-time etc. The pressure peak value can be set, and it will alarm if the value is out of range, meanwhile, the machine will stop automatically when it alarms. The testing data will be recorded and saved in the computer automatically, and it can outputted and printed-out.
