PP PS package sheet /stationery decoration sheet extrusion lines which is widely used for food,electrical component package ; different kinds of sand ,transparent,inclined grain decoration sheet .We are able to supply mulitlayers sheet extrusion machine as customer's requirements ,the output range is from 100-1200kg/h for option.
The equipment is composed by extruder, die head, sheet cast, lognitudinal stretch, transverse stretching, automatic winder and controlling system. Relying on our advanced designing and processing ability, our equipment's features are:

To meet market's high request on products ,Suzhou JWELL developed advanced technology of five layer symmetrical distribution and seven layer asymmetrical distribution ,which makes the produced sheets haveing better barrier performance ,excellent anit-oxygen and anti-humidity.Mainly used for Jelly packing ,meat packing,snack food packing and etc ,medicine and cosmetic packing .
We are able to design equipment as per customer's request with high acuracy stretch equipment: 1-10 streching ratio, width range will be 600-1500mm, thickness range will be 0.15-2.0mm.

A6: Please don't send the payment and double check with us before arrange payment (Bank details will be listed in every piece of proforma invoice.) We are only responsible for email sent

A7: Usually it takes about 1 - 4 months depends on different machinery upon receipt of order advance payment.
