Product introduction:
Sodium pyruvate (sodium pyruvate), also known as sodium pyrogluconate. Sodium pyruvate is an intermediate product of glycolysis and can enter and exit cells directly. It is an essential nutrient for cell metabolism. In the absence of glucose, it can be used as a source of cell capacity. Some cells can produce sodium pyruvate by themselves, but some cells need additional sodium pyruvate when cultured in vitro to meet growth needs.
This product is a 100 mM sodium pyruvate concentrate, prepared with ultrapure water, and sterilized by 0.22μm filtration. The working concentration in the cell culture medium is generally 1-4 mM, which is added to the basal medium in proportion to the needs. For example, if the final concentration requires 2 mM, add 2 mL of this product to every 100 mL of medium.
