1. What are your main products ?
 Our main products are the Prepress 4up and 8up Online/Offline Thermal CTP , CTCP , VLF CTP and CTCP, Flexo CTP , Processor , Offset Plates ,inks , blankets , postpress Packing equipments and so on.
There are over 3000sets CTPs installed worldwide. Our partners in USA,Canada,Mexico,Colombia,Turkey,Hungary,South Africa and so on are very pleased with our Technician Support service and product performance.
We also have five offset plates production lines producing the thermal CTP plate(single and double layers),positive CTCP plates(single and double layers) and Chemistry free CTP plate.

2. Where is your factory ?
 Our CTP machine factory is located in Hangzhou city , which is about 1.5 hour by train from Shanghai. 
  You are warmly welcomed to visit our factory!
3. What is your warranty for the CTPs ?
 Three years' warranty including  all parts, One year for the Processor.
4. What is the Lead Time?
Usually 10-30 days, and we will try our best to meet your demands.
5. Can you also supply the Workflow and RIP?
Yes, we can provide the Workflow Brain New and RIP Compose V12 or founder elecroc.
6. What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
 Our engineer can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round air plane tickets and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions,we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.
During the conora virus period, we offer free distant online installation. we promise we will make the machine running with 2 weeks after customer received it, of course with the full assisstance from the customer and its operation team. 
7. the life time warranty?
It is a policy for end user customer who buy machine from us directly and use our plate meanwhile. We will offer lifetime warranty for him until the machine is too old to run any more. That is 10-15 years. It aims to save the customer's cost on maintaining the machine.
