Chloroxylenol/PCMX (P-Chloro-m-Xylenol) is a antimicrobial chemical compound used to control bacteria, algae and fungi in adhesives, emulsions, paints and wash tanks. Aminomethylbenzoic Acid is a procoagulant. There are various natural antagonists of fibrinolytic enzyme (such as fibrinolytic enzyme) in blood circulation. Normally, the activity of anti-fibrinolytic substances in blood is many times higher than that of fibrinolytic substances, so there is no fibrinolytic bleeding. However, these antagonists could not block the activation of activators (such as urokinase) adsorbed on the fibrin network to form fibrinolytic enzymes. Fibrinolytic enzyme is an endopeptidase, which can cleave the arginine and lysine peptide chains of fibrinogen in neutral environment, form fibrin degradation products, and cause coagulation hemorrhage.
