Product Description
1. The pyrolysis reactor adopts the structure of heat storage body to fully recycle waste heat, which can't only extend the service life of the main furnace, but also save fuel.Thus further saving production costs
2. Special high-temperature proof approved pot is used for the reactor.
3. The equipment is equipped with infrared blocking warning and dredging device, which can detect the phenomenon of pipeline blockage in the production process and automatically solve the problem of blockage, so as to ensure that there will be no safety problem due to pipeline blockage in the production process.
4. Double cycle structure is adopted in the deslagging system, which controls the deslagging time in about 2 hours.The slag is quickly cleaned.
5. Adopt a new exhaust gas purification system to make the gas discharged after purification meet the relevant national emission standards
6. After dehydration, sulfur removal and impurity removal in the purification system, the excess combustible gas is compressed by a special gas compressor and stored in a gas storage tank. It can be used for heating later, or supplied to gas-fired generators for use or sale.
7. Add convection vents and rapid cooling devices to the main furnace, so that the temperature of the main furnace can be reduced to below 100 degrees in 2 hours.
