Cajoe Spider-1200 mini excavator (walking excavator) is a very robust and easy to keep working device, with which you can reach even the hardest to reach places. It is equipped with a 9 HP petrol engine or 8/10 diesel engine which powers the hydraulic pump. The device does not have its own drive system; however, you can move position through pulling or pushing using the bucket.

With immediate effect we deliver the mini excavator Spider-1200 with four-way control lever steering. As can be seen in the pictures, two four-way control levers are installed. You can assign the functions yourself by connecting the relevant hydraulic lines. This way you can set up e.g. Euro-steering, which is used on almost every excavator.

The boom swing angle range measures a radius of 140 degrees.

To make the device ready for transport the wheels and supports are exchanged between the front and the back ends.

As part of the delivery you will also receive a 220 mm wide bucket. As an optional extra, we can also deliver buckets of 320,420,500 and 620 mm width.

Due to the simple and minimalistic construction of this excavator, the machine can also be fairly well adjusted to the most varied of demands; for example, several customers have already welded a three-point attachment to the excavator so that they can hang and transport the device using the three point hitch of their tractor.

Configuration description:

1) Gasoline engine powered by hand pneumatic.

2) Diesel engine powered by hand start, but the starter motor can selected. If the customer needs electricity to start, it should be add battery and generator by yourself (we need extra cost if add the battery and generator for some type without electric).

Shipping Instructions:

1) Gasoline engine does not add gasoline (For safe transportation).

2) Diesel engine without diesel, without water.

3) There is a small amount of hydraulic oil for testing, but the customer needs to add enough hydraulic oil after receiving the goods to work properly (It is about 20 catty hydraulic oil)

4) Every part of the whole machine is tested before shipment, so there will be a small amount of fuel in the gasoline engine and diesel engine.

5) Customers need to assemble the parts that our factory removed before packing in accordance with the instruction manual ;

Then, add fuel oil (gasoline or diesel) and hydraulic fluid to start work.
 

Q1: Can I put my brand name on the equipments instead of your brand name ?

A: Yes, " Cajoe" is a manufacturer(factory).We have our own moulding and producing workshops, including laser cutting workshop, hardware workshop, shot blosting workshop and painting workshop. All things are controled by ourselves.
