DirectionsDilute with 10% glucose injection and inject slowly, no more than 5ml per minute. 
For adults with hypocalcemia, 1g at a time, can be repeated as needed;  For hypermagnesia, 1-2G at a time;  For fluorine poisoning rescue, intravenous injection of this product 1g, 1 hour later to repeat, if any tetany can static injection of this product 3G;  For fluoride damage to skin tissue, apply 50mg of 10% calcium gluconate per square centimeter of affected area. 
In children with hypocalcemia, 25mg/kg body weight (6.8mg calcium) is given orally slowly.  But because of the greater irritation, It is not generally used in children.

Notice1. Extravascular leakage during intravenous injection can result in redness, rash, and pain of the skin at the injection site, followed by peeling and tissue necrosis.  If the drug is found to leak out of the blood vessel, the injection should be stopped immediately, and local flushing injection with sodium chloride injection, local administration of hydrocortisone, 1% lidocaine and hyaluronic acid, and local limb elevation and hot compress. 
2. Interference to diagnosis: it can increase serum amylase and temporarily increase serum H-hydroxycortisol concentration.  For a long time 
Or a large amount of application of this product, the serum phosphate concentration decreased. 
3. Not suitable for patients with renal insufficiency and respiratory acidosis. 
4. Intravenous injection is prohibited during the application of cardioside.
