Product Desciption
Superior friction reduction co-emulsion polyacrylomide is mainly used in share gas and oil drilling industry.
BFR-01 is a low to moderate charge, high molecular weight anionic friction reducer designed to be added "on-the-fly" to water up to very heavy brines ("slick water fracs").
It is high molecular weight, moderate charge, with monomers that allow the polymer to tolerate presence of calcium, magnesium, and high brine contents.
BFR-01 friction reducer is a highly effectiveemulsion product designed to perform well in a wider variety of waters allowing for inventory of fewer products in the warehouse. It is an anionic polymer emulsion that also breaks quickly in high brines unlike most emulsion products. Faster hydration provides friction reduction sooner after introduction into the flow stream. Product safety:
Prolonged or repeated contact with BFR-01 may cause skin or eye irritation. Avoid breathing vapors or mists.
This product will be very slippy o the ground after contacting with water, any spill of product should be cleaned with water completely.
Storage:
Keep in cool and dry place.
BFR-01 should be stored between 5º C- 30º C and protected from freezing.
The shelf life of BFR-01 is at least six months in unopened containers.
Diluted BFR-01 should be used within 24hours.
