Litsea cubeba oil is an important raw material essential oil in the flavor and fragrance industry. The yield of the fruit of Litsea cubeba, a plant of the genus Litsea cubeba in the Lauraceae family, is about 3%-6% by steam distillation or subcritical biotechnology.

Appearance: light yellow to yellow clear liquid.

Aroma: Fresh, sweet and fruity, with sour lemon-like aroma, not as good as lemongrass oil. Strong but not lasting.

Main ingredients: carbonyl compounds (calculated as citral) ≥66%. The main ingredient is citral, the content is about 60%-80%.
