Description of the main machine.
General description
Empty bottle covers is conveyed through conveyor to inlet of filler and are separated into single line with fixed internal via distance changing screw, then the empty bottle covers are transited to bottle-in star-wheel and sent to filler. The bottles enter bottle holding table of the filler, on which the bottle neck and body bracket centralize exactly. When inspecting there is bottle, the filling valve opens and flowmeter accurately measures the volume of product flow. When the inspection value reaches set value, the sensor sends signal to close the filling valve to stop filling. After the bottle on the position leaves filler, it is transported to capper via transition star-wheel. Under effect of cam, the capping head grips cap sent by cap separating tray to do press-capping operation. After capping is over, the capping head rises and the finished bottle is transported to bottle-out conveyor via bottle-out star-wheel and sent out of the monobloc to next procedure.

5\The height of filler and capper can be adjusted automatic with scale mark. Operation is convenient and exact.
6\The entire machine uses anti-corrosion, long-life and free-lubrication structure as possible as it can which saves running cost. Parts contacting product use 316L stainless steel structure, no dead technics corner, easy to clean, anti-corrosion, convenient to do SIP/CIP.
7\This machine adopts volumetric filling way. After each flowmeter detects the flow, the sensor sends signal to control closing the valve with quick response and high filling accuracy.
8\Equip drainage recycle device. While changing product or for terminal discharge, it can be discharged simply and quickly in given position which is convenient. Adopt electronic flowmeter filling way. It is convenient and simple to change parameter on touch screen.
9\Bottle-in and bottle-out star-wheels and transition star-wheel equip overload protection to protect equipment running safety. It also equips safety door protection device and multi-place emergency stop switches to ensure equipment operation safety.
10\Equip dry oil centralized lubrication device to inject grease automatically.
