Main specifications and parameters
The pump adopts tandem structure of two pumps with different diameters to form two independent working cavity, which operates simultaneously with high pump efficiency so as to realize large discharge capacity extraction. It is suitable for wells with sufficient liquid supply. Because of the large down resistance, it should be equipped with weighted lever. The on-off connector will also be equipped for the application of the pump.
The top anchored pump with stationary barrel is suitable for sand production well since the fluid discharged from the guide cage washes away the sand between tubing and the top of the pump.
But the pump barrel is more subject to inside pressure and tensile load caused by the fluid column, and the plunger clearance will intend to increase during up stroke so the top anchored pumps are not recommended in deep wells.
