Several closed air forms of settling chamber of circulating air separator and some problems in design circulating air separator relies on its own fan and internal circulating air flow for air separation. After the air flows out of the separation zone, the light impurities enter the settling chamber through the air duct with adjustable thickness. The light impurities settle in the expanded settling chamber with the help of centrifugal inertia force generated in the movement and its own gravity, and then are collected and discharged by the trash removal auger. The air flow is sucked in by the fan and sent to the separation zone for recycling through the outlet through the return air duct. During the operation of the circulating air separator, the sealing requirement is very strict. There should be a good closed air form at both the discharge winch and the sectional valve of the discharge port. The separation efficiency of the circulating air separator is closely related to the air closing effect of the settling chamber. There is air leakage at the outlet of the impurities, and the air flow rushes into the settling chamber from the air leakage, which affects the normal settlement of the light impurities, and even blows up the separated light impurities that are settling again, so that some light impurities are brought into the circulating air flow and return to the wheat flow, some of them are sucked away again, and some of them enter the next equipment with the wheat flow. If the air leakage is serious, the separation effect will be greatly reduced.
