After-Sales Service:
1. The vape pen e cigarette has 6 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packinig,ensure the defective rate is less than 5‰.
3. In case any defective goods due to production issue or occured not by improper use within warranty period, we will send you replacements in your next order. 
4. Buyer is responsiable for the shipping of return and seller is responsiable for the shipping of resending replacements.

Payment
100% payment for little value bill; 50% deposit and 50% before shipping for big value bill.
