Product introduction:
The protein loading buffer of this product is a 2 times concentrated protein loading buffer with bromophenol blue dye, used for conventional SDS-PAGE protein sample loading. The main components of this product are Tris-HCl buffer, glycerin, SDS, bromophenol blue and a small amount of reducing agent DTT.

Storage condition:
Stored at -20ºC by ice bag(wet ice), valid for 12 months.

Usage:
1. The protein sample was thoroughly mixed with 2x protein loading buffer (reducing) in the same volume ratio.
2. Metal bath or boiling water bath was heated for 3-5min to fully denature the protein sample.
3. Cool to room temperature and add to the sample well.

Notes:
1. This product contains a small amount of reducing agent DTT, has a slight pungent odor, but does not contain mercaptoethanol. Please pay attention to protection when using.
2. Make sure the product is fully heated before use.
3. Please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves during operation.
