This product is widely used in oil extraction and transportation, cosmetics, paint pigment, textile, food, pesticide. In such aspects as detergent manufacturing and metal surface rust cleaning used as emulsifier, dispersant, stabilizer, diffusion agent, lubricant, softening agent, antistatic agent, anti-rust agent, finishing agent, viscosity agent and so on.

1. It is used as an emulsifier, wetting agent, osmotic agent, dispersing agent, etc., and also used as the component of the oil agent for the filament and viscose curtain. Used as an emulsifier in polyurethane foam production. The food industry is used as an ice cream emulsifier with a consumption of 0.1% butter and about 1% in general oil.

2. Used as solvent, dispersant, anti static agent, stabilizer, lubricant, etc.

3. Gas chromatographic stationary liquid for the separation of alcohols, ketones, esters and the separation of fatty acids and hydrocarbons.

In the first step, sorbitol and oleic acid are used as the main raw materials. After the two raw materials are proportioned, they are added to the electrically heated enamel reactor, heated to 180 degrees, and the catalyst is added to keep the reaction warm for more than four hours until the reaction is complete. At this time, we get the semi-finished product of Pan 80, and pour pan 80 into the precipitation separation kettle. After about two days of precipitation, completely separate the sorbitol residue from the pure raw material. At this time, the residue will be at the bottom of the separation kettle, open the waist valve (the valve in the middle of the separation kettle) and release the finished product of disc 80 at the upper end of the kettle.

In the second part, the span 80 is added to the stainless steel circulating reactor, heated, the catalyst is added, and ethylene oxide is added dropwise to a certain proportion. You can make Tween 80.

The acid value of Tween 80 can be adjusted. The higher the acid value, the better the color. The lower the acid value, the darker the color. As for pharmaceutical grade and food grade Tween 80, there will be higher requirements for the content of some trace elements and production environment than industrial grade Tween 80.
