The foot pedal sealing machine is widely applied to seal all kinds of plastics films, compound films and aluminum-plastic film. It is widely used in such industries as foodstuff, special local products, tea, medicine, hardware etc. They are most convenient and economical sealing equipments for shops, families and factories.

After the machine is fully assembled and plugged into an outlet, do the following

1. Adjust the Foot Pedal Rod to obtain a firm contact of the jaws.

2. Turn on Main Switch to ON position, Yellow light appears.

3. Adjust the Temp. Control Knob to 100°C. The green little Neon light will change into red light about two minutes. It is the heating time.

4. Press the foot pedal down to seal. Sealing Pilot lamp will go on, it is the sealing time. Step on the pedal about one second after the lamp is off then beeper automatically.

5. If sealing does not complete, turn Sealing Timer Knob up a little and go through process in "4" program. Keep increasing the temperature until you get desire seal. Then you can remove the sealed bag and begin to operate.

6. FOR SAFETY SAKE, KEEP HAND AND FINGERS FROM BETWEEN THE JAWS WHEN SEALING.
