We choose aluminum alloy materials such as 5052,6061,7075 that are found in conformity with international standard based on customer's requirements. All aluminum materials are subject to ageing treatment, guaranteeing there is no deformation happening during the machining operation and in the course of usage.
Machining of parts can be completed by CNC precision machine tool. We have more than 20 sets CNC equipments available, with 2 million production value each month. With the drawings offered by customer and the result of graphic processing program, proper engagement of cutting edge and feed value will be given for precise cutting.
Parts of aluminum ally are subject to surface treatment. Adhesive blasting method can help make parts more abrasive. Rigidity on surface of parts can be increased by use of anodic oxidation. Remaining 60 degree rigidity on parts plays an important role in keeping them from being abraded. With anodic oxidation method, oxide film reaches the thickness up to 0.2mm and has rust protection and anti-oxidative functions. Attached to various colors, anodic oxidation can be made many different colors for surface of parts such as light black, muted black, golden yellow, blue and etc. Bright black is common one required for instruments and apparatus as well as mechanical equipments. Muted black is one color frequently used for optical instruments, film and television equipments and medical instruments and apparatus. Palm print apparatus consists of precision parts of aluminum alloy which are abrasive blasting and anodic oxidation featuring muted color which is not reflective and no disturbance caused.
SCD equipments of 3D projection equipment fall under category of sophisticated optical equipment. Spectroscope and reflector serve as main components. Periphery of light path passed by projection has been treated with aluminum alloy in muted black anodic oxidation.
