MACHINE INTRODUCTION:
Extruder designed by Suke Machinery adopts big L/D and multi mixing structure, which is more suitable for the PE low temperature extrusion production. Specially-designed spiral moulds for PE pipes, with inside oil controlling temperature system.

MACHINE FEATURES
-Beautiful and practical stainless steel body for the vacuum calibration and spray cooling system, unique multi-section vacuum system ensures the stable sizing and cooling for pipes;
-Special spray cooling system improves the cooling efficiency; Special water position, water temperature system make the machine more intelligent.
-Hauling-off unit adopts particular pedrail structure, which is easy and convenient for operation; Pedrail clamping uses mechanical and pneumatic combining system, which is more reliable.

TRADE TERMS
Payment Term: 30% for prepayment by T/T, 70% for balanced payment by T/T, or L/C can be acceptable

MACHINE RUUNING TEST AND AFTER SERVICE
1. When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2. When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
3. If have any question or problem on machine operation or maintain, welcome to contact to us by email or calling. We stand by 24 hours.

Packaging&shipping
1.For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box
2.For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
3.We can shipping the goods by air or by sea
4.We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording
5.We can send cargo to client's warehouse to loading
