High shear emulsifying mixing tank :
    which can be with one agitator, two agitator or three agitator, all of these can be design according to client's requirements. According to client's products, the agitator can be high shear emulsifier, can be scraper etc., all of these can be design . And tank can be single layer, double layer or three layer, tank can be with electric heating function or steam heating function etc.... tank structure also can be design according to client's requirements.

Colloid mill : 
    which works with shearing, grinding high-speed stirring. Grinding process occurs in the relative movement between the two teeth with one revolving in high speed and another still, which makes the materials between the teeth received strong shearing and abrasion in addition to high frequency vibration and high speed seil. The above forces effectively evenly disperse, emulsify , smash the materials.

Inline high shear mixer pump:
    L&B BRL-3 High shear mixer is used for the mixing, homogenizing between liquid and liquid, or powder and liquid, Belongs to the L&B High shear mixer series.
    BRL-3 High shear mixer is used for the continuous dispersing and emulsifying of material with different phase. Meanwhile the mixer could also delivery low viscosity liquid.
    The mixer could mixing the powder and liquid in certain rate, and have been used in cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum, coatings, nano-materials industry

A: Generally, we pack our goods in plywood case or carton package for small parts.
If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T in advance, 30% as deposit, and finish 70% balance payment before delivery.
We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
