Q1. Can I have samples before ordering?
A: Sure, free samples can be provided from stock.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: 1-2 days for samples, approxi. 30 days for a bulk order (still depends on total order quantity)

Q3. Do you have any MOQ?
A: 500SQM per design.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Samples usually shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT and it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Bulk order shipped by Sea or Air.

Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly we arrange the production.
