Q1: Are you a factory or trading Company?
A: Yes, Our factory in Shatian Dongguan,  Welcome to visit us!

Q2: What about the sample fee?

A: For first cooperation, we need to charge the sample and shipping fee.
The sample fee will be fully refund when bulk order confirmed.

Q3: Wonder if you accept small orders?

A: Do not worry. Feel free to contact us .in order to get more orders and give our clients more convenient, we accept small orders.

Q4: Can you send products to my country? 

A: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you. 

Q5: Can you do OEM for me?

A: OEM&ODM is available if you have your own design. 

Q6: How can I place the order?

A: First sign the PI, pay deposit, then we will arrange the production. After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.

Q7: How do your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We have Strict raw material control system and Strict quality management system
Our factories have gained ISO9001 and GRS certificates
