The PP honeycomb sandwich panel is made of PP honeycomb as core materials, and MultiTex® as skins. The sandwich structure gives honeycomb sandwich panels higher stiffness. It is better than metal and wood materials in the aspect of light weight, impact resistance, easy to clean, repairable and recyclable. Longstar Honeycomb sandwish panel is a ideal product for building and automobile lightweight industrials.
Characteristics
(1) Light weight: according to the thickness of honeycomb core, normally the weight of the honeycomb is 150-300Kg/m3.
(2) High impact resistance: MultiTex® provides high strength and impact resistance.
(3) Easy processing: can be cut, weld, rivet, and easy to assemble.
(4) Anticorrosive and waterproof: acid, alkali and salt resistance. Non-hygroscopic.
