Mini automatic edgebanding machine. Eurpean edgebander
1. Gluing system
Special gluing system with independent drive motor, heating fast, gluing wheels processing precisely, uniformly
and perfectly .
2. Pressure system
Processing work is done by two sets of wheels. One up and one down cone wheel ensure joint of edgeband and workpiece.
3.End trim system
Cut the offcut front and back ,controlled by 2 independent high frequency motor. High precision cutting device are settled on the linear guide movement,ensure the straight line movement.
4.Fine trim system
Up and down fine trimming tool is installed on two high frequency motor with circular arc cutters, each of them are equipped with independent adjustment handles and display device,simple and stable design, very convenient and accurate to operate.
5.Flat scrapping system
Sharp flat scraper, together with edging wheels equipped with eccentric spindles,
Removes residual glue left on panel caused by squeeze-out.
6.Control panel
Friendly operation interface, split second response to the request very quickly.
7. Electric system
Each functional groups have independent converter to control, which ensure the co-movement control of system.
