3.  Applications

Mode of Action

Chlorpyrifos is a kind of high effective and broad-spectrum insecticide and acaricide with contact, stomach toxicity and fumigation action. The persistent time is not long on the leaf, but in the soil, so it can control and kill off the pest underground effectively. 

Phosphorothiolate insecticide. Inhibitor of AChE, which will destroy the Nerve impulse conduction and cause paralyze and die

Crops

Rice, wheat, cotton, fruit tree, vegetable, tee tree, glasshouse and outdoor ornamentals, etc.

Control

1. Many kinds of Pests with chewing mouthpart and piercing-sucking mouthpart.

2. Household pests (Blattellidae, Muscidae, Isoptera), mosquitoes (larvae and adults) and in animal houses

5.  First Aid Measures

General advice: Consult a physician.

If inhaled. If breathed in, move person into fresh air.

If not breathing, give artificial respiration

In case of skin contact, wash off with soap and plenty of water

In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 min.

If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.

Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Rinse mouth with water.
