 JDB-1300Z-TG Automatic Bundling Machine
Introduction
JDB-1300Z-TG automatic bundling machine smart type is the last process of carton packing, it can be connected with automatic folder gluer to bundle the paper pile automatically. This machine can save labor and increase production yield effectively. 
Main Features
1.High efficiency: 20-30 bales per minute.
2.High automation: Machine detects the pile width and height and adjust  automatically. Saving manpower and increasing production yield.
3.High safety standard: The rope arm will be disengaged and come back to its start position when resistance is detected. The pusher will stop the machine if resistance is found.  
Feature
1.Digital adjustment via touch screen easy to operate and understand.
2.Machine is equipped with automatic oil supply system which can lubricate the machine in time. Each input and output of electrical appliance is connected with monitoring points in touch screen to facilitate machine's maintenance.
3.Beak using Chromium-molybdenum alloy processed by a special procedures makes it more wear and tear with long service life.
4.Driving gears are made of 45# steel dealt with high frequency heat treatment to increase its wear resistance.
5.Cost saving. PE only takes 0.17 Cents for one meter.

1.The bottom conveyor belt and top pressing belt are running synchronously, the pusher align and push the carton pile into the bundle unit, ensuring the paper pile moving fast.
2.The unique cycling design of pusher, smart design of pressing system, it can achieves the intelligent automatic functions. The operator only need to put the carton pile on the belt, the machine will adjust size automatically.
Intelligent aligning unitHigh Speed Automatic PE BanderUsing servo motor and intelligent control system, it can identify the pile size and adjust the aligning size automatically.
Bundling unitHigh Speed Automatic PE Bander1.Using data detecting and input system, machine can collect the pile size data and feedback to bundling unit motor, the bundle head will move automatically.
2.Using pneumatic pressing structure, it makes the bundle tightness suitably and protect the paper pile effectively.
3.Using 4 unique torsion control structures, combine with rope feeding arms to achieve protection functions. The arms will stop working if definite resistance happen between the arm and paper pile, this function will protect the operator and machine.
4.Beak using Chromium-molybdenum alloy processed by a special procedures makes it more wear and tear with long service life.
