ZGK-550/6.5 automatic steel wire balers are mainly used for baling and packaging of metallurgical products such as large, medium and small-sized bar, angle steel, channel steel, H-shaped steel and square steel. This machine adopts Φ6.5mm diameter steel wire as a bundled packing tape, which is tied and packaged securely, with safe and reliable use, simple operation and low failure rate.
      This machine adopts PLC programmable controller to realize automatic program control. It is an "intelligent robot" with electromechanical integration. Single machine operation can be used, that is, the baler does not move, and the packaged object moves on the roller path to perform baling. Multiple machines can also be used at the same time, suitable for bundling and packaging of continuous flow production lines.
The machine is packaged as bundles of steel wire wrapped and tightened and tightened after steel is rolled. Continuous automatic bundling can be performed manually next to the machine.
