About Pulley Lagging
Conveyor pulley lagging is essential to improve conveyor belt performance. It is used to reduce belt slippage, improve tracking and extend life of belt, bearing and other components.

Types of Pulley Lagging

Debon ceramic pulley lagging is specially produced for pulleys where belt slippage and excessive wear and tear problems make normal rubber pulley lagging ineffective. The high alumina ceramic tiles help in proper grip of the belt under wet, muddy or any other such arduous conditions.
DB-TC Ceramic Lagging has extra layer of special rubber at the bottom of ceramic pulley lagging, ensuring higher bonding strength to surface of conveyor pulley.

1. High wear resistance Al2O3 ceramic tiles, into special rubber. With the specification 20mm× 20mm
2. Aluminum Oxide content: ≥ 92 %.
3. Bonding CN Layer
4. Ceramic Hardness: Mohs hardness 9
5. Working temperature: ≤ 85 ° C
6. Rubber Hardness: 60± 5 Shore A
7. Tensile strength: 150Kg/m²
8. Ceramic surface shape: Plane, convexity
9. To suit for pulleys performing in the most difficult conditions.
10. To install through cold bonding on the jobsite.
