****Method of use****

Following the illustration, dip the test strip with arrow side pointing down into the vessel of serum for about 10 seconds. Do not immerse past the marker line. Wait for 10 minutes . Do not read results after 30 minutes.                                   

1. Tear the aluminum foil bag along the incision, take out the test card and place it horizontally.
2. Add 1 drop of the serum / plasma/ whole blood sample(30μl) to the scale using pipette or supplied straw and drop the sample into the filling hole (S).
3. Add 2 drops (approx 80ul) of sample diluent to test card diluent hole (S) . Read results after 20 minutes. Do not read results after 30 minutes.

****Interpretation of results****
Negative: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No apparent colored line appears in the test region (T).
Positive: Two distinct colored lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C) and another colored line should be in the test region (T).
Invalid:  If the control line does not appear in the test bar, the test result is invalid regardless of whether there are other visible lines in the test bar. Retest with a new reagent.
