The Dengue NS1 Antigen rapid test Cassette is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for qualitative detection of antigens to Dengue          Viruses in Human Shole Blood/Serum/Plasma. 

Intended Use

Used for the qualitative detection of dengue igg igm in serum/plasma.

Test Principle

The test kit uses colloidal gold as a direct marker, uses the principle of double antibody sandwich method for qualitative detection of dengue igg igm in serum/plasma.

Main Components

Sample pad, colloidal gold marked pad, nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper and PVC board.

Interpretation of result

Positive: Two red band appears, one in the test area (T), another in the control area(C)

Negative: Only one red band (C) appears in the detection zone, (T) without the red band appears.

Invalid: No red lines appear or quality control areas (C) appear a red band, indicating that the operator error or reagent failure, Please test again.
