Conveyor Replaceable Slide Pulley Lagging Weld on Pulley Lagging
Weld on Pulley Lagging: diamond rubber is vulcanized to steel plates that are formed to the shape of the pulley rim.
These rubberized plates are held in place by retainers which are welded or bolted to the rim.
This style of lagging has diamond grooves surface and is field replaceable without removing the pulley from the conveyor.
Coefficient of friction between conveyor belt and pulley is a very important factor in determining the performance of a conveyor belt on a drive.
Low coefficient of friction may cause conveyor belt slippage and lead to more wear of the belt and belt tracking problem.
Rubber pulley lagging can reduce slippage and extend service life of conveyor belt.
