    The ceramic belt cleaner is installed on the head of the belt conveyor like the scraper type cleaner. Installation

1) Between the ends of the ceramics and belt, a slight space (2-3mm) is ok and the installation angle should between 10-35 degree, it depends on the diameter of the belt conveyor roller.
2) The tension of the two cables (wire rope) must be equal all the time.
3) The nuts and tension of the springs should be checked everyday during the first month of operation.
