Generic name acetylspiramycin tablets
Main Ingredient Acetylspiramycin.
Indications This product is suitable for sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae caused by light, moderate infections, such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media, periodontitis, acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis acute attack, pneumonia, non-gonococcal urethritis, skin and soft tissue infection, It can also be used for cryptosporidiosis or as the drug of choice for the treatment of toxoplasmosis in pregnant women.
Adverse reactions The patients had good tolerance to this product, and the main adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reactions such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, etc., which often occurred at large doses of medication, and the degree was mostly mild, and could disappear spontaneously after drug withdrawal. Allergy is rare, mainly drug eruption. No impairment of liver and kidney function and routine abnormality of blood and urine were found.
Contraindications contraindicated in patients allergic to this product, erythromycin and other macrolides.
Precautions 1. Because the hepatobiliary system is the main route for the excretion of acetylspiramycin, patients with severe liver dysfunction should use this product with caution.

Of listeria genus, catarrh mora bacteria, bacteria neisseria gonorrhea, fetal bending bacterium, haemophilus influenzae, eosinophilic lung legionella, whooping cough bacili, bacteroides, gas capsule bacillus, acne propionic acid bacillus, streptococcus aureus and digestion and chlamydia, mycoplasma, toxoplasma gondii and cryptosporidium, also has the effects of inhibition. Intestinal gram-negative bacilli are usually drug resistant. The mechanism of action is that acetylspiramycin binds to the 50S subunit of the ribosome of sensitive microorganisms to inhibit the synthesis of RNA-dependent proteins and thus exert bacteriostasis.
Pharmacokinetics This product is acid-resistant, oral absorption is good, after gastrointestinal absorption, deacetyl into spiramycin and play an antibacterial role. The peak plasma concentration (Cmax) was 1mg/L 2 hours after a single dose of 0.2g oral administration. This product is widely distributed in the body. The concentration in bile, urine, pus, bronchial secretions, lung tissue and prostate is generally higher than that in blood. This product cannot cross the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier. The mean blood elimination half-life (t1/2β) is about 4 ~ 8 hours. There is accumulation in the body after repeated administration. The product is mainly excreted through feces, and the amount of urine excretion in 12 hours is about 5% ~ 15% of the dose, most of which are metabolites, and the concentration in bile can reach 15 ~ 40 times of the blood concentration.
